Die Gruppe hinter Leonardo Hotels hat das Blakely Hotel in Midtown Manhattan erworben. Es ist die erste Akquisition der Fattal Hotel Group in den USA. Nach einer Renovierung soll das Haus 2027 als Premium-Hotel wiedereröffnen.
